I had to wait over a month to get in for my repair (which I was told would take 30 minutes) because somehow a foglight is not considered important. Hmm. I had to bring my car in ...

repair was very good 11/24/2012

inside of car not cleaned up and outside was dusty masking tape still on gas cap and dirty under gas cap doorgood RESPONSE FROM Marv's Body Shop Inc.: Unfortunately, we had a misunderstanding with Don. We thought he didn't intend to pick his car up for a week after we were done with repairs. We had not completed our final cleaning when he picked it up earlier than we expected. (In cases like this, we wait to do the final cleaning until the day of or day before pickup to ensure the vehicle is nice and clean.) Sorry about this Don. We checked with Don about bringing it back to be cleaned, but he had already run it through the car wash. more

Great work and service 11/21/2012

Marv's did super work on my son's 2006 Passat after he was sideswiped. Excellent customer service. Evan was great to work with and kept us posted on the progress. Car looks great. more

Pleased 11/5/2012

Marv's Body Shop did collision repairs on my car. They worked on the front bumper, grill, and some things under the hood. I am pleased with the results. There were two things that could have been better. The first is that when they returned my car, they just handed me the keys. I guess I was expecting them to explain a little more about what they did. The other thing was that the mat on the driver's side was very dirty. I suppose it's from the people tracking dirty in when they were getting in and out of the car. more

Great job and quick service 11/5/2012

Our car was damaged when a friends canopy blew over, damaging our hood and tailgate. Marv's was considerably less than a competitors estimate. Once we made our decision, the car was done within the week. After seeing the results, I'm glad we chose Marv's. They even let us use a car while our's was getting fixed. Pictures were taken of the maintainence process; sent via text. I always had information on the status of my vehicle. I was also schuttled to and from Marv's for a rental car pick up/ drop off. Very appreciated! more

Good, but I have to go back. 10/18/2012

I just had my bumper replaced because I had a fender bender in a parking lot. It was all good except that they put a cracked black plastic pad on top of the front bumper, so now I have to go back and pay more money to have a new one put on. RESPONSE FROM Marv's Body Shop Inc.: The pad refered to was damaged prior to the accident damage and not related to accident. It wasn't figured for replacement since the insurance company would not pay for it not being part of the accident. When picking up her vehicle, Leanne noticed the crack in the pad that she hadn't noticed before. We reviewed the estimate photos and noted the crack was there at the time the estimate was done, but verified it was not related to the accident damage. Leanne has decided she wants that replaced, so we have to order that part for her and put it on when we receive it. more
