BIG RIPOFF 8/11/2010

I took a shirt in to be cleaned. the posted price was $2. i was also given a gift card at that time for $10. when i returned to pick up the shirt the charge for the shirt was now $8.60. the cleaner claimed that it was an additional $6.60 for cleaning the collar. as best i can tell, the collar is part of cleaning the shirt. difficult to understand why i would pay an additional 300% for cleaning the collar. dealer also refused to accept the gift card that he had given me when i dropped off the shirt. DO NOT US THIS CLEANER UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RICKE J. more

BEWARE OF THIS CLEANERS! 6/29/2009

Unless you like trashing your money, I would absolutely never go to this cleaners. I just moved to the area and tried them for the first time. When I went to pick up my clothes, I nearly had a heart attack. Almost every item was over $12, with the real cardiac arrest coming from a charge of $37 for a simple cotton (casual) jacket that only cost me $50 to begin with!! I questioned this charge, showed my horror at all of the charges, and was told too bad -- "the jacket had to be hand pressed because it had buttons on it" -- huh?! Don't all jackets have buttons on them? Total highway robbery. I did not even get one hour service (which would have been even more, if that's possible) and they asked for 4 days. Beware! more

Worst dry cleaner ever 1/30/2009

This is the worst cleaner I have ever used. I was charged over $400 for dry cleaning 2 silk drapery panels. When I got the draperies home and out of the plastic wrap, it was obvious they had been wet cleaned. They had shrunk about 4 inches and the silk was ruined. I took the draperies back to the place where I purchased them and the owner said she had never seen draperies so badly damaged by a cleaner. She also said the standard price for dry cleaning a drapery panel should be about $30. This was later confirmed for me by 3 other dry cleaners. When I tried to dispute this charge with American Express, the owner (Bakti) produced a forged "release form" with a signature she had lifted from my credit card receipt. Long story short, stay far, far away from this place. It is a complete rip off!!!! more
