Review content:
This is the worst cleaner I have ever used. I was charged over $400 for dry cleaning 2 silk drapery panels. When I got the draperies home and out of the plastic wrap, it was obvious they had been wet cleaned. They had shrunk about 4 inches and the silk was ruined. I took the draperies back to the place where I purchased them and the owner said she had never seen draperies so badly damaged by a cleaner. She also said the standard price for dry cleaning a drapery panel should be about $30. This was later confirmed for me by 3 other dry cleaners. When I tried to dispute this charge with American Express, the owner (Bakti) produced a forged "release form" with a signature she had lifted from my credit card receipt. Long story short, stay far, far away from this place. It is a complete rip off!!!!
