Mark Miller was the best dealership I have ever worked with. After playing games for 5 hours at an awful dealership (Larry H Miller) I left empty handed and then went to Mark Miller Toyota. I got a great car for a great price they were very fast and I was on my way. I bought my car through Roger in the internet department. He was very professional! I did my research on prices and he gave me a better deal than what I thought the car should of sold for. I love my new car. Thanks more

AVOID their New Start! 2/18/2012

I am VERY disappointed in the sales at this dealership. I had come in with poor credit and was transferred to their New Start department. After a great initial impression in which the New Start Sales team worked with me to try to get a used vehicle, they simply seemed to give up without telling me anything. I added a co-signer and was told ""This helps greatly"". I was very excited and ready to proceed. I asked them to tell me what the details would be on a different vehicle than the original one (because they sold it without letting me know while trying to get a deal approved), and he said ""I will call you in 2 hours"". That was on the 11th of February. It is now the 18th and I have called and e-mailed multiple times trying to find out the status with NO responses. I have even tried their cell phones which they gave me during the initial visit. I feel like I have been ignored and rejected. I would have understood if they had called and simply said. ""I'm sorry, we cannot seem to find approval"" or something similar. But to be ignored is completely unacceptable. I am sure after reading many reviews that if you have good credit, you will be taken care of nicely here. But if you need help and your credit is not good or perfect, AVOID this place! AVOID the New Start Department. more

Quality Work and Great Service 9/16/2010

I took my truck here to have the starter checked out. They called me and told me that the contacts were worn out and that I would have to have a new starter installed. They did a good job of explaining the work and cost. Very Friendly and Helpful. I will take my truck again here should I have any more problems with it. more

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! My tire blew just as I was passing Mark Miller Toyota Downtown dealership. I pulled over and started to slowly change my tire. I was not excited about doing it myself, but I was going to have to. One of the mechanic's from your service department came out to help me, he pulled over a jack and changed my tire in less time than it took me to pull the spare out of the trunk. I think his name was John. I am extremely thankful that there was such a nice guy to help this stranded woman in need. Thank you for being there. I?m grateful that the world isn?t completely full of people who look the other direction when someone is in need of help.\r Had I not been so flustered I would have turned around and bought my new tire from them,next time I'll keep it in mind. :) more

Maintenance 9/11/2010

I will not have my truck serviced anywhere else. They always treat us like we are their only customer no matter how busy they are, at least that is the way I feel every time I go.\r I like the fact the maintenance person also emails when finished with the work. They always care, really care not lip service like at a lot of dealers. Not just dealers I have gone to but talking to other people and the experience they have had at other dealerships more

Mark Miller Toyota is the only place I'll go to service my 2007 Prius because of the excellent work they do. I also like their friendly staff and the coupons I get in the mail. I know my car will be safe to drive for my long distance job because of the thorough job they do. more

Recently my wife and I visited Mark Miller Toyota to purchase a new vehicle. Ours had died in a recent rain storm and we were in need of another vehicle. We have purchased a FJ Cruiser from Mark Miller in the past so we had an idea of what to expect from this exceptional dealership.\r \r Long story short, we spent approximately 3 hours at the dealership and left with a Certified Used Toyota RAV4!! The sales team and finance department were extremely helpful as always and I already know that the service department is top notch.\r \r I have recommended Mark Miller Toyota to friends and family across the Wasatch Front. Between me, my wife and our parents we own 5 different Toyota models with 4 of them being purchased from Mark Miller Toyota. I personally drove 60 miles and passed 3 other Toyota dealerships to purchase a vehicle from Mark Miller and I will do so again in the future.\r \r Thanks for everything Mark Miller and I hope to see you again in the future! more

I purchased a 2010 Tundra, and I have to admit it was the best purchasing experience to date. Spencer was great and went through the truck, even synched my cell phone to the blue tooth. They gave me a great price via email, honored the price, gave me a great trade in value for my Rubicon, and the paperwork was smooth and simple. It was worth the drive from Logan. I'll definitely be back. more

This dealership is great! I don?t even live in Utah, but I wish I could take my van here all the time because they are honest and they get the job done without making me wait forever. \r \r We originally took our Sienna van in to Mark Miller while in Utah on vacation in 2009 because we had rain water leaking in from an unknown source. Our local dealer had tried to fix it, but couldn't figure it out. Mark Miller quickly found the problem, and charged us less for the repair that we had paid in diagnostic fees back home. \r \r So, when our van started to overheat while driving in the mountains on vacation this summer, we knew exactly who to take it to. They found and fixed the problem fast. We were so impressed we also had them do some regular maintence. We paid about half of what our inlaws paid for similar service on their van at another Utah shop. more

I bought a 2010 Prius from Mark Miller Toyota, and from start to finish had a great experience. Convenient location with ample parking. Clean, comfortable, and environmentally friendly showroom (plus the drink/coffee bar was a bonus!). I highly recommend the Mark Miller service department. I have taken my cars to both dealer service departments and private departments for the past 30+ years in seven states. My experience with the Mark Miller service department has always been positive. I feel confident that the work performed is of high quality and only what is necessary is recommended and performed. I believe their pricing to be fair and the personnel are always polite and prompt. Not all of my vehicles are Toyotas and I only wish I could bring them to their service department. more
