Really nice people. Very courteous & attentive. When we need service they are very quick to respond, do great work and charge a fair price. They remanufacture HP toners, which saves us a bundle. We were hesitant to use them because we got some crappy refilled toners from other places, but after trying theirs we found them reliable and havent looked back.
