Water Removal from my flooded basement 4/22/2011

I called Marietta Plumbing Repair & Water Cleanup to remove water from my flooded basement. The entire basement flooded, carpet was wet and it stank. Korey did a great job! He removed carpet and padding that were soaking wet, pumped water out, sprayed something to get rid of this smell and dried it out! I hope I will never have flooded basement again. Eddie (also from Marietta Plumbing & Water Cleanup) looked at the basement and explained to me why it is flooding during rains we had here. The also referred me to a waterproofing professional and I am very please with him too! They provided me all the documentation I needed, because in the end, I decided to file the homeowners claim. They even helped me there: they met with the adjuster and explained to him all the steps they took to protect my property, they provided pictures of what it looked like before they dried my basement and had records for literally everything! This whole process was very smooth. I had to deal with water damage claim before and it was a hassle. Thank you for doing so much for my family. I will spread a good word about you everywhere I can! Marietta Plumbing Repair & Water Cleanup - the best! 3/15/2011

Marietta Plumbing Repair & Water Cleanup helped me a lot when I had water damage in my basement because of some plumbing problems. I called another company to do water cleanup (Atlanta Steemer - great job too!), but I still needed a plumber. A friend recommended this company. I was sceptical they will come same day, because they are in Marietta, but I trusted my friend. Their plumber (thank you Joe!!!) came within an hour!! He did the repairs fast, he had the spare part on him and didn't have to go to warehouse or order anything (had this problem before) and was very reasonable with the price for his plumbing services. I posted good reviews about this company on Kudzu and am doing it here, because I want people to give business to those who deserve it. more

Emergency! 3/2/2011

This company means business! They're on time, prepared, knowledgeable, patienct, and efficient. I'm ex-military, so I definitely have appreciation for those qualities! I had a plumbing emergency overflowing toilet tank) and Marietta Plumbing Repair not only got the plumbing fixed, but they dried out my bathroom and foyer, too. Their methodical and comprehensive procedures gave me confidence that the job was done right! This company solved my problem. Plain and simple, and I want to recommend them because I sincerely appreciate their job well done. more
