Review content:
I called Marietta Plumbing Repair & Water Cleanup to remove water from my flooded basement. The entire basement flooded, carpet was wet and it stank. Korey did a great job! He removed carpet and padding that were soaking wet, pumped water out, sprayed something to get rid of this smell and dried it out!
I hope I will never have flooded basement again. Eddie (also from Marietta Plumbing & Water Cleanup) looked at the basement and explained to me why it is flooding during rains we had here. The also referred me to a waterproofing professional and I am very please with him too! They provided me all the documentation I needed, because in the end, I decided to file the homeowners claim. They even helped me there: they met with the adjuster and explained to him all the steps they took to protect my property, they provided pictures of what it looked like before they dried my basement and had records for literally everything! This whole process was very smooth. I had to deal with water damage claim before and it was a hassle. Thank you for doing so much for my family. I will spread a good word about you everywhere I can!
