Worst

They are ok, but not great veteriinarians. The office staff are mainly terrible and very off putting. I found my dogs better vet care elsewhere.

Dr. Whaley is Excellent for Cats 9/6/2011

The place where I buy cat food, Pet Vet, recommended this clinic to me several years ago. I work with Dr. Whaley, who is a cat specialist, and I highly recommend her and the Manzano clinic. Dr. Whaley is warm and very knowledgeable, and the staff is always nice. My cat had a special problem that arose this winter and Dr. Whaley was right on top of it and helped me get advanced treatments from VCA on Montgomery. I had a good experience with them, too. I'm grateful to have intelligent and caring professionals on hand for both routine and special care of my cat here in Albuquerque. more

Manzano Animal Clinic 2/11/2010

I recommend this vet's office. I tried making an appt with my regular vet but was kept on hold so long that I gave up and called Manzano. I was able to make an appt for my cat that afternoon and they kept her for 6 nights to rehydrate her and flush out the toxins in her kidneys as a result of having a raging bladder infection. They saved her life. The cost was reasonable considering how long she stayed with them- a little over $1500 and they directed me to a no interest credit company. Staff was very kind and allowed me and my daughter to visit my cat whenever we wanted to. more

Former Albq resident using this EXCELLENT vet office 10/21/2008

Dr. Sandra Whaley was my cats' vet for years before I moved to Rio Rancho--too far to drive with yowling kitties. She assisted with putting down two of my cat who grew old after years of being her patients. She was an awesome lady who cried with me--maybe more than me with the one kitty. I received a bereavement card from her for both kitties and she did not charge me for either euthanization. I'd still try to use that vet if I didn't live to far off! Pros: Best cat doc in area! Cons: Hard to reach for Rio Rancho/west side people more
