Top tenants and top rents 8/29/2013

After having a difficult time finding quality tenants for my apartment house in midtown, I was advised to try the services of MM Properties, and in particular Teri C. In less than 2 months she has filled my vacancies, 4 to be exact, with excellent renters, all of whom are prescreened with a process which ensure that I am getting the not only top tenants but also top rents. As a consequence, I am in the process of signing another leasing contract with Teri to handle the same service for another building in the area. more

Janice is an asset to M and M 8/16/2013

This letter is a long time coming, but I just had to share my experience with M and M and one of their realtors, Janice. Back in 2011, Janice sold my house via short sale. I cannot praise Janice’s efforts enough. The short sale was challenging and through it all, Janice remained a constant resource. She is knowledgeable in the areas of short sales but more than that- Janice has gone above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. She was always available via telephone, answering my many questions and even when the negotiations with lenders of my home looked dismal, she remained determined. Janice has been there for me at every step of the short sale. The sale of my home was difficult emotionally. Janice was always there. Calming, reassuring, and knowledgeable in short sale negotiations. I could not have asked for a better realtor. Who delivers bones to your anxious dog? Always followed through 8/1/2013

I’m very happy to have found M and M Properties to manage my house. Within a couple weeks, they had my house rented to a very good renter. They communicated with me on a regular basis and left me with the security I needed to take the risk as a landlord. They helped me make decisions on how to get the house ready to rent, and informed me of the protocol at being a landlord. Whenever there was a problem with a fence, a fallen tree, plumbing, etc., M and M got to me immediately and always followed-through appropriately. more

In July 2008, I looked in the general listings for a property managing outfit, and I was lucky to find “M&M Property Services and Management.” I called and started talking to a property manager, “C.” From that day on, she has provided excellent service. I was very nervous about renting my house, and C took the time to come to the house and explain everything I needed to know to successfully rent the house. Her manner and honesty took away my fears. I’ve had a renter in my home now since that time, and my experience has been great. C and the folks at M and M have really helped me become an income property owner. more

Reliable for 5 years and counting 4/24/2013

For the last five years I've been living in the same place that I'm renting from M&M. I haven't had many problems, when when I have my agent has been friendly and responsive and I have always been satisfied with her solutions. My experience has been very positive and I would gladly rent from M&M again. more
