After having a difficult time finding quality tenants for my apartment house in midtown, I was advised to try the services of MM Properties, and in particular Teri C. In less than 2 months she has filled my vacancies, 4 to be exact, with excellent renters, all of whom are prescreened with a process which ensure that I am getting the not only top tenants but also top rents. As a consequence, I am in the process of signing another leasing contract with Teri to handle the same service for another building in the area.
