This letter is a long time coming, but I just had to share my experience with M and M and one of their realtors, Janice. Back in 2011, Janice sold my house via short sale. I cannot praise Janice’s efforts enough. The short sale was challenging and through it all, Janice remained a constant resource. She is knowledgeable in the areas of short sales but more than that- Janice has gone above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. She was always available via telephone, answering my many questions and even when the negotiations with lenders of my home looked dismal, she remained determined. Janice has been there for me at every step of the short sale. The sale of my home was difficult emotionally. Janice was always there. Calming, reassuring, and knowledgeable in short sale negotiations. I could not have asked for a better realtor. Who delivers bones to your anxious dog? Janice, that’s who.\r
I will recommend Janice to family, friends and coworkers in a heart beat. She
