I hit some debris last week on MoPac 6/1/2012

I hit some debris last week on MoPac South, and not only got a flat tire in my A6, but had enough damage to the wheel to require replacement. Naturally I went for Audi repair at Luxury Auto Works cuz they normally rock and it's where I get my Audi serviced. They had a replacement wheel in stock, which was great, and got me in right away after the tow truck dropped me off. On was on my way in just a little over 2 hours, but I got held up at the end because of some trouble they were having at the cashier's office that took 20 minutes, way longer than it should for me to pay. My X3 needed a BATTERY of work. They took care of some mysterious vibration and finally cured my "service engine soon" problem. As good an experience with a luxury car shop as I've ever had. My Audi Q5 was driving weird when I got to work. My coworker said I should go to Luxury Auto Works since his brother took his A4 there. I've been jerked around by other shops, but not this place. Finally, LUXURY AUTO WORKS! 11/30/2011

My husband has quite the collection of treasured automobiles he's acquired over the years and not knowing much about cars myself after he passed a few years back I only saw fit to keep them maintained as he did with his trusted technician Thomas Dere. We have followed Thomas throughout his years of working on luxury brands & now he has opened his own service center, Luxury Auto Works! Very excited for him and his new company, I have found a new permanent home where I will always bring my husband's collection to have maintained. I have always enjoyed how professional & kind the service at Luxury Auto Works has been. Wouldn't go anywhere else... 11/30/2011

I found the BEST in town. For the last year, Thomas has worked on all of our cars with the absolute best service and best pricing (compare to the dealerships). We have an older Mercedes (95); a CLK (2004) and a Range Rover (2004). Thomas works on them all and only fixes what needs fixing and will always be honest about the repairs actually needed. Best Austin Auto Find!! 11/30/2011

I'm new to the Austin area and I wanted to take my Audi somewhere I knew I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. Luckily, I was in the right place at the right time. I received a business card from Luxury Auto Works one weekend I was shopping and thought I would include them in my list of who to call to price around. They were by far the most professional and reasonably priced shop I found. I always search the local review sites to see what everyone else thinks and read their opinions and experiences. I've heard nothing but good things about this place. Now, I know why after taking my Audi there. The staff is super friendly and I really appreciated their honesty about what was really wrong with my Audi vs other car places tried to tell me what else i really didnt need at the time to upsell me. Now I know what everyone in Austin is talking about. Luxury Auto Works is the place to go for your dealership alternative. I was tired of my dealership ripping me off and lying to me every time I took my Lexus to have it serviced or repaired. Mercedes Benz Service & Repair BEST! 11/29/2011

I had an 87' Mercedes that had been sitting in my drive way for some time. A friend of mine told me about Luxury Auto Works and how they could help me fix it up to sell for cheap. I called them up and they quoted me a tow cost to have it brought it to see what all needed to be done. Reasonable price, so I thought why not. After they told me what all needed to be done I thought this was going to cost me a fortune! Once Thomas, the lead mechanic quoted me a price my jaw dropped. I laughed, I couldn't believe what he told me. IT WAS SO CHEAP! The Mercedes Dealership quoted me twice as much when I called them. I was a bit skeptical. Thomas, assured me there was nothing to be worried about, he uses genuine dealership parts purchased from the dealerships, he is just able to provide dealership level service for a fraction of the cost! This guy really knows what he's talking about. He explained to me everything that was wrong, so I could understand & knew I wasn't getting ripped off. Best Dealership Alternative in Austin! 11/29/2011

My Mercedes Benz C230 had been having a lot of trouble lately & since my warranty had already run out I wanted to price around Austin for a less expensive service center. The Mercedes Benz dealership was so overpriced and after speaking with a few colleagues, I decided to give Luxury Auto Works a try. For example, the Benz dealership quoted me about $750 for the work I needed done, Luxury did the same job for $450, plus they gave me a free loaner car. The professional staff was helpful & friendly. I felt very comfortable and at ease as their certified technicians explained to me what was wrong with my Mercedes. They quoted me a fraction of the cost the Mercedes Benz dealership as noted above, and I was extremely happy with the work completed. I was also happy to hear they work on other luxury brands and will be bringing my Lexus ES350 next week. Pros: null Cons: null more
