I'm new to the Austin area and I wanted to take my Audi somewhere I knew I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. Luckily, I was in the right place at the right time. I received a business card from Luxury Auto Works one weekend I was shopping and thought I would include them in my list of who to call to price around. They were by far the most professional and reasonably priced shop I found. I always search the local review sites to see what everyone else thinks and read their opinions and experiences. I've heard nothing but good things about this place. Now, I know why after taking my Audi there. The staff is super friendly and I really appreciated their honesty about what was really wrong with my Audi vs other car places tried to tell me what else i really didnt need at the time to upsell me.
