Glenn and the staff at Lumina are simply AMAZING!!! The entire experience was awesome! After a short 5 minutes into my daughters photo shoot, she was relaxed and in my opinion took some beautiful pics!!! Glenn takes the time to feel out his client and makes them feel at ease. Trust me you can be yourself!! I was amazed when I looked at the cd. Astonished at how many pictures I had to choose from for my daughter's upcoming graduation! The cost is very affordable, even for a single parent like me! Im very pleased with the end result and I will obtain Lumina's service's in the very near future...What ever idea you have in mind, I can honestly tell you, Glenn will create it, in a breath taking photo!!! I usually do not write reviews but after what happened to me I feel it nessacary to do so. Lumina took photos for my sisters wedding 4 years ago and she was for the most part happy with them so my mom insisted we use them again. Nathan ruined my wedding video by shooting it in low resoultion (blurry faces and highly pixelated) and delivered the product 6 months late, it wasnt until we demanded the raw footage that he finally gave it to me and told me that he had ruined the video, and actually glen told me, not nathan. They were very unprofessional dealing with the situation and taking responsiblity for the product they presented me with. They did not try to make things right by offering my money back, putting the raw footage on a viewable format, and lastly I never once felt they were sorry for what happened. It was a day I can never get back.I write this review for brides to be aware that these things do happen and Lumina does NOT take responsibility for their mistakes! All the employees are so nice and knowledgeable. The photographers really make you feel comfortable and the graphic artists help show your personality. We have booked them for our upcoming wedding after having an engagement session. They designed our “Save the Date” cards and invites. They even put the design that is on our cake on our RSVP cards. We are so pleased and can’t wait to see how our album turns out after the wedding. Pros: You get all your images with copyrights on a high res disk! Cons: Need to book early if you want a Sat in August more
