Dr. Evans received his Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS, graduating with Highest Distinction and went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, KS. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, MN, and completed his fellowship in gastroenterology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, taking the Advanced Endoscopy Track in ERCP and EUS. Dr. Evans has a special interest in Crohn?s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis and in treating and diagnosing GI cancers. Dr. Evans is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American Gastroenterological Association, the Colorado Medical Society and the Arapahoe-Douglas-Elbert Medical Society. Dr. Evans is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
