I went to LoriTech for some info on my internet connection. I expected to pay for the info but was surprised when they took a look at the issue, fixed it, and didn't charge me. It wasn't a major issue but I am always happy with good customer service. They provided this and I will return in the future if I have more issues.. more

I came in with what I thought was a dead laptop from dropping it on the floor. Within 10 minutes, the guy who worked there had it fixed up, for free! My experience has always been long and costly when it come to computers, but these guys have got it DOWN. Very polite, professional, and efficient! Great shop. Fast, nice people, knowledgeable and fair prices. Even the Apple Store tells Mac user who are out of warranty to go here! They will not waste your money on a costly and unnecessary repair. more

The service I received at LoriTech was unprecedented for a computer shop. I interacted with at least five different employees throughout the process of recovering and transferring data off my dying hard drive. Every single person I spoke with was polite, understanding, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I was lucky -- they were able to recover everything off my drive! Even if they hadn't been so successful, I'd give them a great review. I've never written an online review before, but I felt compelled in this case because that exceptional service is becoming increasingly rare, and it is very much appreciated!
