Looks Green Lawn & Tree Care

I am really happy to see I choose Looks Green Lawn Care. All my neighbors were getting application this past summer when we were having a drought. Having been in the retail chemical business for 33 years I know that fertilizer and weed control should not be applied on drought stressed grass. It will burn up the roots and does nothing to help the grass or soil. Looks Green stopped applying chemicals when it stopped raining this summer as they should. I am going to happily use Looks Green in the future and will tell everyone I know to use them. There is no reason to waste chemicals on stressed grass. The other thing is chemicals placed on hard ground do nothing but wash away with the first hard rain that comes along. Thanks to Roger and Looks Green for waiting as you should. To remark to one of the letter place here. If they did not apply because of heavy rains in the spring they did your right. Heavy rains push the chemicals through the soil below the grass roots and you wasted your money and the chemical. Looks Green did you a favor. You should stick with them unless you like wasting your money. more

Looks Green Lawn Care is a great company to do business with. They set me up with a program that has turned my lawn from a pit to looking more like a golf course. They only do applications when they know that it will work. They always knock on my door before they do the application and tell me any special instruction if needed. They never do any sales calls, they leave a note on the door if there is something that we should look at or do. I would recommend this company to anyone that really wishes to have a nice lawn. Hired to do seasonal work plus aeration and seeding. Agreed to 24hr notice prior to doing service. Arrived unannounced while having outdoor school party and had to stop and bring inside. Would not stop service and come and talk. Aerated 1/2 of lawn and also aerated property not belonging to us and then seeded. Left messages and did not return calls. Showed up 6 days later unannounced and aerated over unaerated area that was seeded and destroyed this area. Left another msg and returned call. Wanted to talk about these issues and my concern about not notifying us prior to service; response was that I was ""trying to weasal out of paying"" and that it was my fault because ""nobody answered the doorbell"" Was very deragatory and made rude remarks about my family and why they did not answer the doorbell today (will not give specifics). Asked why he gave no notice when i originally talked to reresentative from his company 2 weeks ago and he stated that ""i don't know if I got the message....I have a stack of messages from a month and have not gone through them.....have messages that are on my machine that get deleted because my mailbox is full....""
