Working with Lone Star floors has been the best experience. I shopped at many stores, but felt most comfortable with them.Their customer service and knowledge of all of the products s wonderful. I got a few estimates and theirs was the best price by far for the hardwood flooring I wanted. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. excellent service. more

Install of Stranded Bamboo Flooring In Three Rooms 3/5/2013

They came out the first day to remove the old carpet, and level the three floors. I had to lend them my shop vac to clean up to reduce dusting since they forgot theirs. Second day they installed the flooring. The quality of the install was very good but they did not clean up the glue tracked all over. Maybe because they finished very late, I expected them to come back the next day to clean-up. They did not come back. I had to call LSF and complain that they did not clean up the glue. The arrived on the 4th day to clean-up. It was inadequate. I ended up doing it myself over the next two days while putting the furniture back into the room. Chuck, Meadows Place, Tx more

Lone Star Floors recently completed Installing Tile and Wood in my home. The completed work was beautiful -- they are expert craftsmen who really know their business. They were prompt, efficient, and meticulous. Mohamed and John really go the extra mile in pleasing the customer. We recommend them highly -- their work is outstanding. more

I had Hardwood flooring installed throughout the entire house and I have to say this company's work is absolutely fabulous. John and Mohamed were so meticulous with every detail. They also answered all of my concerns about flooring throughout the installation process (and I learned a few secret tricks of the trade). I would recommend this company to my closest friends. more

These guys do great quality work. Little extra steps they took that normally get overlooked by the end user were done with great detail and pride. I was surprised by the professionalism of their employees from the bottom level to the top! more

This is an painful place to do business with. I was floored when I found out they had lied to me about the source of their in house or exclusive workers. Not only were they not in house or exclusive they were a completely different company!! I HATE BEING LIED TOO! I could've gone to the granite company directly and paid much less; but how would a person know they are being lied too. Until after the fact anyway. I have the name of the granite company now and will save a buck next time! Lord knows every time I had an issue it was a painful experience chasing the various salesmen, and appropriate company down! more

A+++ MAJOR FLOORING JOB - EXCELLENT 5/15/2010

I can't believe the negative comments that people have written on this review site for Lone Star Floors. My home was flooded last April and we had to replace every bit of flooring downstairs except one area that was tiled. Ziad and the crews he sent out were competent and quick. I am highly pleased with the jobs they did. We have used them before for tile work and they always back up their work!! When cracks were found in some bathroom tile work that Lone Star Floors had done NEARLY TWO YEARS PREVIOUS - they still came out and re-did the whole thing AT THEIR COST!! Even though it was not determined that this was their fault! You can't beat the quality workmanship and Ziad gave us a very fair price on our home renovations. He insists on impeccable work - you really will be very happy with anything you order installed. He sells top quality products and gives great advice. I highly recommend Lone Star Floors!! more

Not recommended 12/29/2009

I was not at all impressed with the crew sent out to install my floor. They looked like thugs, they were late and worst of all they left my house a mess!! The floor has glue spots all over it, hollow spots through-out the wood floor and areas which are too high or too low! I had another company come look at the floor and they said the glue “etched” the wood and it will not come off without refinishing or replacement! They said with the hollow spots and un-even wood that the floor needs to be replaced, however, it’s been 8 days and the manager will not call me back!! I WILL NOT recommend lone star flooring to anyone! more
