The very best thing that amazed me about Lone Star Floors is how knowledgeable the sales representatives and how respectable and helpful their installers are. I have been to several stores looking for the best place that I could trust to install a new floor and countertop. Many stores I have been throughout the market had salesmen that did not know what they were talking about or did not seem to be interested for my business. Some did not even stand up when I came in through the door. Mo and Sam at Lone Star Floors were very helpful. They were so enthusiastic in helping me and so sincere with their recommendations, that I decided to use their service. Sure enough … Just like I expected, it turned out a perfect experience. they did my carpet, Ziad and installers were patient with me and were there and completed as agreed. Will use them again!!!!!!!!!!!! more

They totally botched the install in my home. My flooring is now falling apart as a result of what they did. They take no responsibility for the problems even after an inspection report found numerous problems with the install. Avoid them like the plague. more

I had flooring installed by Lone Star Floors and was very pleased. From the Owner Zaid (Hope I spelled it correctly) to the installers, every step was handled professionally. Zaid drove to my house with samples and left them while I decided what I wanted. Installers had the job finished in 1 day. 525 sq ft. That was 6 yrs ago and they still look as good as new.
