As you can see, the names of these reviews all have names like John22, Amy31, etc... with 5 stars and they rate all three Lone Star businesses........they do not rate any other businesses. It's clear these ratings are done by Lone Star, what a bunch of crooks. Good try Lone Star, but we are smarter than your ploy. You have been reported to Citysearch..........and lost my business before even starting. I might even report you to the BBB as well for this. The only real reviews have less than 1 star on rating. Wow, you guys are crooks. more

Lone star did a great job on the floors in my home. The only thing is I had a little of a hard time with how long it took to complete the entire house. other then then that when everything was done, my home looks perfect. I will go back if I ever have to change the floors in my home again. :) more

3 yreas of pure Hell, Thanks to Lone Star Flooring! 11/6/2010

My experience with Lone Star Flooring was horrible. We had a new home built and picked out a very expensive carpet from Lone Star Flooring. It was installed and a few months later the seems started to come apart and everytime we vaccuum, the filter gets clogged up with fibers from the carpet. We called and talked to the owner and he assured us the problem would be corrected. Now, 3 years later, the seems still have not been fixed and the vaccuum cleaner is still getting clogged. We bought the expensive carpet hoping it would last but we are very disappointed. I called repeatedly to try and have this corrected, reported them to the BBB, but evidently if the company pays their high dues to the BBB to be a member the BBB won't even listen to the consumers side of the story! The owner eventually stopped accepting my phone calls nor would he or management return my calls. I will never use these people again. more

I can't believe I let myself be manipulated by these scripted sales people. They made promises and did Not deliver!! Overcharged, under delivered, ""bate and switched"" on the materials; I am just furious. I have also reported them to the Texas Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commission and the BBB! more

This business truly lives up to its name. They did one of my homes in the spring area. The floor was ugly and old. I called them on Monday, we met on Tuesday and the floors were done by the weekend. They are very nice people too. Now the floors looked great! John actually saved us lots of money. Lone Star Floors is highly recommended by me!!!! more

I would gladly recommend Lone Star Floors for your flooring job or even Granite countertops. Lone Star Floors offered a very competitive bid. They arrived on time and completed the installation of my master suite and home office within the expected timeframe. The crew was professional and considerate. They helped move my heavy and bulky furniture out of both rooms at the start of the job and back in the 2 rooms after the installation was complete. I would recommend Lone Star Floors without hesitation. more

Lone star floors did our 1st floor with an exotic hardwood and they did a great job. They showed up when promised and did a follow up visit to take care of punch out items....just some moldings that I had not purchased enough of. We would definitely have Lone Star Floors do more work for us if needed again. more

Sam with Lone star floors was great to work with. He gave my husband and I great honest feedback, also he suggested some designs to more complicated layouts. He was easy to schedule an appointment with for an estimate. We also found out that they do countertops and stone veneer work. I am planning on going back to Lone star floors to get granite countertops done in my home. more
