I have worked in customer service for forty years and seldom seen such dedication to customer satisfaction. If all of your estimators have the same attitude, I'm surprised that your company doesn't get a contract to install every roof in Texas! While she was inspecting the roof on my rent house (which as it turned out, I didn't need a roof replacement just repairs), I mentioned to her about a problem I have at my home with a roof-top/bird-proof dryer vent, which has collected lint in the vents. She informed me that the only way to clear the lint would be to get on the roof and brush out the lint around the vent and then astonishingly volunteered to come clean the vent for me (I don't climb many ladders anymore and certainly don't walk on roofs anymore).
