Quick and Friendly Service 2/19/2011

I went into Leif's with a coupon for a oil change. I was greeted by a very friendly girl who talked to me while I waited for a service manager. Everyone was very friendly and nice. After taking my vehicle back for the oil change I was told my battery was leaking and I should take it back to Costco to get it replaced as it was still under warranty. I was never asked to buy any other items or services as usually happens when you take a car in for a oil change. Thank you for making my first experience at Leif's great. more

Quick service with a smile 2/18/2011

My Audi had a multi-cylinder misfire as well as a major leak in my coolant system causing engine overheating. Dean was very friendly and helpful. There were no loaner cars at drop off time, but by the time they found it would be a day or two for a part to arrive they had a car for me for no charge until mine was done. Even with having to order parts out of state it only took 3 days to get my car back clean and with an engine that actually accelerates. Only thing I wish is that I received an item by item breakdown before service. Not that it would have changed any decisions. more

Wonderful and quick service 2/17/2011

I had a hole in the gas tank of my car and contacted the dealership and they quoted me almost 900$ for parts and service. So in calling around, we found that Leifs gave us a great deal (more than 50% off what the dealership quoted us!) We dropped the car off and within an hour, Dean had the part ordered and an estimate of what it would cost. It took a few days to get the car back but when we did, the gas tank was new and the car was washed (without us asking for that to be done). We were also given the opportunity from Dean to become a preferred customer which gave us another discount on top of the great price he already quoted us. We will definitely be returning to Leifs for our car needs! more

Amazing service at Leif's 2/9/2011

When I need my car repaired, I go to Leif’s in Tigard. Each time I go there I know I will be treated with respect and feel like family. Dean is the go-to guy who always makes sure I’m taken care of and then some. He is warm and welcoming, gets the job done right, and makes my experience one to remember. I seem to have bad luck when it comes to my car, however, I always know exactly who to call when I need a sliver lining. Dean and the crew at Leif’s are professional, efficient, and courteous. My wife and I have been customers for Leif's for 4 accidents, many oil changes on her car and my truck. Every time we are in we are greeted like we are one of the family. All the work we have had done has be very professional. Greg, Dean and Nate have been wonderful to work with. And always at the front desk with a smile is Deanna. Truth in advertising 2/4/2011

Lucky or good? Leif's is good. I am lucky. Was very well taken care of through the entire repair process. A problem with the insurance company was handled almost without notice. I was kept informed of progress and my car was delivered on time. In addition I had some mechanical repair work done that was recommended. Very pleased with how my car looks and runs. If more businesses offered this level of satisfaction the world would be a better place, or at least there would be a lot less to worry about. more

Always Satisfied at LEIFS 2/2/2011

Unfortunately we've had to get body work done on our cars in the past—AND luckily we chose to go to Leifs. They did both jobs right, on time and took great care of us during stressful times. No surprises, and they handled of all the insurance paperwork. Now that Leifs is offering complete car service, we are happy to go there for whatever comes up. So far we've had oil changes on both cars, a transmission service, and a tune up. Easy, honest and professional. It's nice to know you can trust in someone to do it right. And I have to admit their detail service is a nice treat and a great value. Thanks again, we'll be back!! more

Worst place ever!! 1/24/2011

The people there at Leifs are very rude and have no idea as to whats going on. I had to do this all over the phone and they sent me from one person to the next and when i didnt have very much information they were rude by saying ""well you dont have much to tell me do you"" I will never recommend anyone to go here and hope that the business i work for doesnt have to ever go through them again. more

Worst autobody shop 1/7/2011

I went down to Leifs for an estimate of my Ford Ranger. Not only did I have to wait to talk to an estimator after many pages to him. Once he came out he was rude, seemed like I was bothering him. All it seems liefs wants to do take you money. Horrible more

Amazed 8/4/2010

I lost my hearing aid at one of the Leif's locations, that would have cost me $7,000 to replace. Leif's when above and beyond to look for my hearing aid, as well as their overall service. I was very moved by all of Leif's employeeds. I wanted to tip Leif's employeeds but they refused, all they wanted was a thank you. Leif's has the most helpful and amazing people. If I need to I will use them in the future! more

Kind Donation 8/2/2010

Leif's not only provides great service but has also provided kind donations. They provided the Tigard Elementary school a donation for the Hawaiian Luau Auction. This was the biggest fund raiser of the year and was a tremendous success. Because of Leif's support we have reached our goal and the children of the Elementary school now have the playground they deserve. Leif's kind donation will be the reason to use their services in the future! more

My experience with Leif's was excellent. Leif's all treated me like gold from the gals that answered the phone, to Tim and Mark and hte tow drivers. Everthing on my car looks brand new and I would recommend Leif's service to everyone. I've already had many people ask me who did the repairs and I've passed the word alone to several people. Leif's took such great care of me and my Honda Accord. They did a wonderful job of making sure everything was done to the highest standard and quality. I want to thank the guy who helped me, Mark, he brought to my attention that I have the right to pursue the insurance company for the diminished value of my 98' Accord. I was able to recover $2,000. Thanks Leif's for such a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Lyers From The Start! 7/26/2010

My mother took her car in for a simple fender bender she got while parked at Safeway. I helped her google body shops and leifs seemed very reputable, they had TV commercials, good reviews, and fancy offices. We took her car into the Lake Oswego branch and that's where the lying begun. The receptionist there was great. As soon as we walked into the door she took care of us and said that we had nothing to worry about because from there on she would take care of the rental, and all issues with the insurance company, especially since we were not at fault. She promised that we had nothing to worry about and the car was in great hands. They promised to call with updates on the car and month an a half later I get the car back when she had told me it would be three weeks tops. Then the insurance refused to pay for the rental because Leifs took so long. They finally offered to pay for four weeks after we had to make tons of phone calls not only to the insurance but to Leifs who said they would take care of any issues. This left us with two weeks of rental fees that were unpaid. At this point Leifs refused to talk to the insurance company after they knew they were the ones who took to long to fix the vehicle. I requested a meeting with the owner, Leif himself. He sat in a little room with my mother and I and said He would take care of it and have the insurance reimburse my mother, all he asked is that I put him in contact with the insurance supervisor. I gave him the number but he refused to call, I had the insurance supervisor call him and Leif refused to speak to him saying he was too busy. In the end after months of trying to get them to talk, he dodged by phone call and I was stuck with a large car rental bill because they took three extra weeks to fix a minor dent. Pros: They are very good at getting their way! Cons: They are trained lyers, from the owner down! more

Good Experience 7/16/2010

I just had my car reparied at Leif's in Beaverton and the service was excellent and they did quality work. I am a senior citizen and Matt was especially helpful to me in dealing with the repairs. What a pleasant surprise when I picked up my car to find that it was beautifuly detailed. Thank you Leif's for such a good experience. more
