My Audi had a multi-cylinder misfire as well as a major leak in my coolant system causing engine overheating. Dean was very friendly and helpful. There were no loaner cars at drop off time, but by the time they found it would be a day or two for a part to arrive they had a car for me for no charge until mine was done. Even with having to order parts out of state it only took 3 days to get my car back clean and with an engine that actually accelerates. Only thing I wish is that I received an item by item breakdown before service. Not that it would have changed any decisions.
