The atmosphere was good, the music was surpirsingly varied but good (some grunge, some decent non-techno dance etc) and there were lots of beautiful girls but $16 for a drink! And it was a weak drink too boot. Mostly ice. After 3 rounds of that it wears on you....the beers were $8 which was ok but after the $16 fiasco, it was hard to recover. Lower the prices and stiffen the drinks and you've got a winner. Pros: Nice atmosphere Cons: Too bloody expensive for watered down drinks more

GREAT After Work Happy Hour 9/18/2006

I went to Latitude yesterday after work with a group of my co-workers and had a great time. The food, drinks, waitstaff, and ambience was great. I have no complaints and will be back every Tuesday (and probably other days after work) for Happy Hour. Their Martinis are the best!!! Pros: Great staff and Happy Hour more

LOVED IT!!!!! celebrated my bday this past friday simply fabulous they didnt even mind my guest bringing and cutting a cake for me I highly recommend it except one lil tiny lil thing my guest were a bit late and the Manager kept harrasing my only 2 guest that he had to take my tables called Sarah and she took care of everything for me didnt get the managers name but I really do hope in the near furture he lets his patrons in advance that they only hold a table for 1/2 hour but other than that Latitude is the best of the best Pros: Fabulous Cons: should let u know in advance there is a 1/2 hour wait limit for holding a table for guest more

Great Place to have Your Birthday 9/9/2006

I called to make a reservation for my Birthday party last minute. The event planner was so nice and accommodating and got me a reservation that same night. We had our own little area with signs on our tables and at no cost! The staff was also very nice and the drinks were great too - especially the Martinis. I had a great Birthday at Latitude and will definitly be back. more

Great Happy Hour! 9/6/2006

I came into Latitude with a group of co-workers for Happy Hour yesterday. This was my first time here and I was more than impressed. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the music was great, and the Mojitos were awesome......and only $3.50 during Happy Hour! I will definitely be back. I went to this place on a Thursday, after work, thinking it would live up to it's review. Boy, how wrong i was! The drinks were fairly priced, but the DJ SUCKED big time. Nicest staff ever!!! Great place to throw a party! 7/23/2006

I threw a surprise party for my boyfriend here and I reserved the upstairs front room. We truly had an awesome time. The staff is so nice and so accomodating. They really pulled out all the stops. They did everything they could to make sure my boyfriend was surprised. If you ever have to throw a private party here, ask for Sarah and she'll take good care of you. The food was good and the DJ was awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. We had a really great time. more

Manager Delivers Big Time 7/16/2006

I have been to Latitude several times but last Friday was the first time that I reserved a space there for my birthday party. Our party was scheduled at a set time frame for a contracted cost that I had set up with their events coordinator, needless to say I did not meet the minimum that was agreed upon. When the manager approached me I expected him to ask for my credit card and to pay the minimum, he did the exact opposite. Not only did he approach me expressing his gratitude and thanking me for coming to Latitude he then graciously informed my boyfriend and I that he is waiving the minimum amount owed and that it was more important to him that we have a great time, a memorable birthday and to have us return to Latitude. the Best Drink Menu 7/16/2006

Once a week my girlfriends and I try to find a new place after work to try some new drinks and a new setting. We stumbled across latitude last week and thier drink menu was terrific. I had the fresh wildberry mojito, my girlfriends had the Mucho mango martini, a strawberry kiwi martini and a Jamaican martini (with coconut juice, I think it was called Jamaican me crazy) . Heard alot about Latitude from friends and coworkers, gave it a try this weekend. GREAT TIME. The music was fun, the drinks were creative and reasonable and the staff made me feel like I have been a regular for years! I would reommend this place for anyone. I'll be back soon. Nice ambiance, hot women, expensive 5/5/2006

Been there about 3 times. Got there as they opened one day and the bartender showed us around (upstairs, downstairs and the roof deck. It should be nice once they open it). Drinks are expensive....the place is definitely upscale but not snobby. Always find a couple of really attractive women there. Good spot for the guys night out. MONDAY NIGHTS, (SIN) 1/2 PRICE DRINKS!!! 4/24/2006

I went to Latitude last Monday night with a few buddies and had a Great time!!! The place is beautiful, service was friendly, very attentive but to top it all off the price of ALL the drinks were half price and the DJ (DJ TORO) was incredible and so friendly even giving me a CD of his work. The 2nd floor bar was not open but the Manager let us up anyway to play free billiards. Great place, had a great time!!! Will be back very often. Pros: Value, Service, DJ more

Open up that roof! 4/21/2006

I have brought a few clients to Latitude for happy hour and we always have a great time. The bar is huge..3 or 4 floors. The bartenders are great there and they arent too bad to look at either. They are always nice to talk to and arent too prissy to take a shot of Jameson with me! But aside from that, Black Finn is no longer my favorite happy hour spot, I have found my new venue. The only set back is that they have yet to open up that roof deck! Since I work in the area, I have a clear shot of it from my building and I want nothing more than to have a drink up there. One of the best bars I've seen in a while 3/3/2006

I've been to many bars, clubs and lounges on the east and west coast and haven't been to a venue like Latitude in a while! The atmosphere is unique and the decor speaks for itself. There are 4 floors, with 2 roof bars, which will be fabulous come spring/summer. I've been to Latitude on numerous occasions because I work in the area and the staff/management always remember me, which is a plus in my book! The music is great and the drink specials rock - there is something going on almost every night. Latitude is a great addition to NYC, there are not many places like this - See you there!!!
