I have been to Latitude several times but last Friday was the first time that I reserved a space there for my birthday party. Our party was scheduled at a set time frame for a contracted cost that I had set up with their events coordinator, needless to say I did not meet the minimum that was agreed upon. When the manager approached me I expected him to ask for my credit card and to pay the minimum, he did the exact opposite. Not only did he approach me expressing his gratitude and thanking me for coming to Latitude he then graciously informed my boyfriend and I that he is waiving the minimum amount owed and that it was more important to him that we have a great time, a memorable birthday and to have us return to Latitude.
