PLEASE READ Thoroughly BEFORE you schedule a VISIT. I can't even begin to express my dissatisfaction, disbelief and DISAPPOINTMENT with Dr. Frankel, his practice and assistant Vicki. My wife went in for a Septoplasty surgery 13 months ago in which Dr. Frankel charged $12,000 AND took it upon himself to ADD cartilage to the TIP of her nose and has left her nose CROOKED. My wife has been despondent and expressing concerns for the entire year, she went in for her 6 month visit expressing those concerns and she was told the swelling would continue to go down and everything would look JUST as she hoped (although she NEVER requested cartilage to be ADDED to the tip of her nose) At the 6 month appointment they took several photos, ASSURED her the tip of her nose would turn up and swelling would go down and then MADE my wife call and do a RECORDED message stating she was "pleased with the surgery at this stage"!! My wife then went in for her 12 month visit in which Dr. Frankel's first words to her were "You're NOSE is TWISTED" to which she replied she'd been expressing THAT concern ALL YEAR! Dr. Frankel agreed that AFTER recovering, after enduring the pain, discomfort and recuperation of a Septoplasty she would have to go under the knife again and he would have to FIX what he didn't do correctly in the first place. Imagine my DISBELIEF and SHOCK when they then "offered a discounted rate of over $3,000.00" for the anesthesiologist and cost of an operating room "but Dr. Frankel's services are free of charge"! I contacted Vicki and EVEN OFFERED to pay the anesthesiologist in which she flatly expressed NO sympathy whatsoever for my wife's concern, pain and discomfort and very matter of factly stated "THAT was the cost, we're offering you a discounted rate, should I just take her off the schedule if you're not willing to PAY." This review is an accurate account of everything that has transpired and I'd proceed with serious caution and ASK questions and DO your research before undergoing any plastic surgery with Dr. Frankel, s
