I actually came in and I did something else with one of the other employees here with a skin cleanser kind of thing and then two weeks ago I saw Dr. Rubinstein for Juvederm because I wanted full lips. He is a great doctor. He knows his stuff and he doesn't push you at all. He warned me that there could be some swelling and bruising, but it was very minimal. I’m very happy. more

I recently had a procedure done with Dr. Rubinstein about two months ago and it was a Nasal Fracture Surgery, and it's turned out perfect. It's better than I thought it would be. He replaced cartilage also, and I had a deviated septum which is fixed now. Sleeping is better. I used to sneeze in the shower all the time and now I don't sneeze anymore. He is a good guy. He's good with patients, and gets the job done. The staff at his office is also very friendly. I went to another doctor before him and he told me I could come back, all these different things could happen, and a few years later I was really unhappy with the whole thing. So, I went to another doctor and they referred me to him, and I came here and he told me something totally different than the last doctor and did such good work. I would absolutely recommend him. more

I recently had Botox and Restylane injections with Dr. Rubinstein after being his patient for a couple of years. As a physician he is very thorough. He explains what he is doing and he makes good recommendations and asks my opinions regarding how I feel about what should be done. He doesn't put any pressure on you to have something done that you don't agree with. It was the first time I had Restylane underneath the eyes or Botox on my forehead and in between the brows. I've had Sculpture too in other parts of the face. It's great. Dr. Rubinstein was recommend to me and I have recommended him to others. I have been a very satisfied customer for a number of years. more

I have few family members that have gone to Dr. Rubinstein for a while and they suggested him including my mother for my Sinus Surgery. He was very polite, very informative and he explained everything to me and set out a couple of different options that we go about to help my sinuses. At first I was nervous about the procedure itself because I've never actually had a procedure done before but he explained everything to me and the process. What it was that I would have to go through before and after. I followed all of his instructions and it's now been six months. I feel great and I can breathe. The procedure went perfect and he said I healed very well and he was very impressed that everything worked out great. more

I just recently had treatments with Juvederm and Radiesse with Dr. Rubinstein, with whom I have been a patient for more than five years. I had done a lot of research on him on the Internet and there were a lot of good reviews. So, I stopped in one day to see him and have been coming back ever since. He and his staff are great. I received a little bit of Botox as well and Juvederm to fill my lips from Dr. Rubinstein. I was more than pleased. I'm very, very excited about the results. I did my research and I looked into a lot of different doctors and reviews and I looked into a lot of procedures, their backgrounds, their resumes, their experience, knowledge, etc., and their expertise. I also realized that Dr. Rubinstein is not that far away from where I live to which made it very convenient. I would describe him as an expert. He has a lot of knowledge. He also teaches the art of injecting of volumizers and he is very caring. He is down to earth. He makes sure you feel comfortable. He listens to you and he will be very pleased with the results. He was on the conservative side, so if you come back, if you want to touch a little bit, they could always do that. My son had five procedures done, he had sinus, the Balloon surgery, Deviated septum, Turbinates, Nasal fracture and I don't remember the last thing. I just know there were five things. Dr. Rubinstein is very professional. I have been to three other doctors to have this procedure done and kept hitting a wall. My insurance was not covering it, and Dr. Rubinstein knew what he had to do so that Liam could get this procedure done. Its proper testing which my insurance was requiring and we met in November and had surgery in December. I was very, very pleased with everything. He explained everything. He sat with Liam and I, went over all the pros and cons of the surgery, explained what’s going to happen. He explained the recovery. I mean we were both very knowledgeable of what was going to occur with the surgery before he went in and he was very attentive when he came home. The doctor personally called him once or twice. I don't think once, the office called once, and then later in the evening, the doctor personally called. I went to Dr. Rubinstein on his credentials because he was recommended by my pediatrician and like I had said I was hitting a wall with these previous doctors so I went to meet with the doctor and personally meet. I was very pleased with him when we first met. Then I read about his credentials. We knew the fact that he was both an ENT and a plastic surgeon that Liam would be in good hands. more

Last night was my final treatment from Dr. Rubinstein, the last of four Sculptra Fillers. I learned about Dr. Rubinstein through a friend. I commented on how well she looked and she was good enough to share the information. I love him. He is very normal. He is not arrogant and his bedside manner puts you at ease. He answers your questions if you have any, while he is doing whatever he is doing. He is just a very nice doctor, and I think he is genuinely interested in you being as happy as you can be. You have to have a good constitution. I mean they're putting needles on your face. Some people couldn't take that. They do give you a numbing cream, but to be honest it is painful even with that, but the result is totally worth it. The next day you see the results and it goes better as it goes on. I could probably see the difference immediately. We’re all going to age but you know what? I'm going to fight it. I just want to age absolutely the best that I can. I have already recommended him. Just do it. That would be my advice. more

I recently had the Juvederm with Dr. Rubinstein and Sculptra last year. My primary doctor, Teresa de la Torre, recommended the doctor to me because a lot of her friends, they see him. So they're very pleased, so that's why I came here. The service here and everything is great. The people here, they care. Everything is perfect. I have been so happy. When I saw the pictures, I said I can't believe it. He is very patient. He is great. He is excellent. He explains everything to you. I will recommend him to anyone who wants to have a procedure. My mom works in the hospital and she's heard of him so we came here for a consultation and he really knew what he was talking about. He showed me different ways to make my nose basically look perfect and I really enjoyed all of my consultations that I had with him. Both experiences were awesome. He definitely made me feel comfortable and he went exactly for the look I wanted with my nose and everything. It wasn't that long before I was back to work, about a week and a half. My results are actually perfect. I have no complaints about my nose. I could breathe better and I sleep better. I like the way it looks now and everything about it is just awesome. Everybody asks me what I’ve done. Those that know about it, they ask me who did it and how was the Rhinoplasty and they always ask me questions and I get a lot of compliments. I’ve had Fraxel and Botox with Dr. Rubinstein. When I first met with him he sat me down and took pictures and we talked about what I wanted and he was very accommodating. He didn't try to push anything that I didn't want. He just went over everything with what my results would explain everything to me. I actually had gone to another doctor and I didn't like his bedside manner and I had read about Dr. Rubinstein online and when I came to the office, his staff and the doctor, they were very nice and friendly and made you feel comfortable. He has an office in New York City as well and I live in Upstate New York, and when I went online, I saw everything that he has done. I can't remember exactly all the credentials but I looked him up and really looked for a doctor that was certified and everything. During the consultation he explained everything, all the different products that he has, he explained what he thought would be best for me. He also told me what I should expect from every procedure. He was very thorough. He explained everything in detail. If I had any questions, if I wasn't sure about it, he would go over it again and again with me. He made me feel very comfortable and I wasn't nervous about any of it. I would definitely recommend him and for that reason, the bedside manner, everything that they did, that they said was going to happen happened. I didn't have any surprises. I love my results. more

I had Sculptra today and in the past. I also had Fraxel Laser and Dysport. When I had these procedures, it's totally professional. I think he is board certified, so that was important. He makes you feel very comfortable. The whole staff makes you feel very comfortable, and he explains everything during the consult and during the procedures also. He spends enough time with you as you need. It's a very good experience; therefore, I've come back. From the Fraxel, my skin texture improved and I had it done three years ago, and it still feels great. I had the Sculptra done for the first time two years ago. I just did my maintenance, but the results are still unbelievable from two years ago which is what it's supposed to do, so I'm very, very happy with everything; and the Dysport is Botox, so I'm happy with those results. I have recommended him based on everything I've said about how he spends time with you explaining. I look forward to coming here for my treatments and just to see the staff. It's a very good experience all around. more

Dr. Rubinstein is definitely professional and meticulous. I saw a lot of his work and was comfortable with it, so I had gone to him about my sinuses. More recently, I’ve gone for Radiesse and Juvederm. I keep getting told that I look younger, especially about my eyes and lips. more

Dr. Rubinstein did blepharoplasty on me quite a while ago and then I did Juvederm for a bit. He explained to me that Sculptra would last longer, so I tried that. It wasn’t an immediate effect like Juvederm, but it does last longer and it absolutely met my expectations. People say things to me like, “Your skin looks so smooth!” It’s not a bad procedure at all. The office is just awesome and Dr. Rubinstein is very personable, so it’s a good place. more

Dr. Rubinstein’s credentials were really big with me when searching for a doctor for fillers. I thought he was really gentle and wasn’t overbearing. It was my first time with Injectables and it looks terrific. It’s amazing, especially when I look at the before and after pictures. I had a Liquid Facelift approximately a month ago. Dr. Rubinstein was fantastic. He went through the entire face, and compared it to what it looked like 20 years ago. He pointed out where I’d lost collagen, and suggested where to place the fillers. It was amazing. The procedure was wonderful. He talked through the entire process, about what to expect. I like the fact that the office is very up-to-date and meticulously clean and aesthetically pleasing here. I also really like Dr. Rubinstein’s manner. He takes the time to sit down and talk to you; he’s not just in and out. If you want to talk about something or if your nervous, he really takes the time to make you feel better and I think that’s important. I had SmartLipo on my neck and jaw area in March and that turned out really well. Dr. Ron is very, very skilled. more
