I’ve had Fraxel and Botox with Dr. Rubinstein. When I first met with him he sat me down and took pictures and we talked about what I wanted and he was very accommodating. He didn't try to push anything that I didn't want. He just went over everything with what my results would explain everything to me. I actually had gone to another doctor and I didn't like his bedside manner and I had read about Dr. Rubinstein online and when I came to the office, his staff and the doctor, they were very nice and friendly and made you feel comfortable. He has an office in New York City as well and I live in Upstate New York, and when I went online, I saw everything that he has done. I can't remember exactly all the credentials but I looked him up and really looked for a doctor that was certified and everything. During the consultation he explained everything, all the different products that he has, he explained what he thought would be best for me. He also told me what I should expect from every procedure. He was very thorough. He explained everything in detail. If I had any questions, if I wasn't sure about it, he would go over it again and again with me. He made me feel very comfortable and I wasn't nervous about any of it. I would definitely recommend him and for that reason, the bedside manner, everything that they did, that they said was going to happen happened. I didn't have any surprises. I love my results.
