Great Certified Nurse Midwife 9/17/2005

Margaret Strickhouser is a wonderful Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). She is knowledgeable and has over 30 years of experience. I love her warm and friendly attitude. Wait times can be long though sometimes and some of the other staff are not as wonderful as Margaret. Overall, though, the office is comfortable and organized. I do use this practice because of Margaret and if she left I would go with her. more

Margaret Strickhouser is THE BEST midwife!!! 8/3/2005

I don't have any experience with any of the dr's there but if you are looking for a midwife, look no further. I have had two births with Margaret and they were both wonderful. She helped me to have a completely unmedicated birth with a 10lb 12oz baby. She encourages you to know your body and that birth is a natural experience. Her former partner was excellent as well, Anne but sadly she moved recently. Margaret is laid back but also serious when she needs to be. She has the perfect balance for midwifery. She's awesome!! more

Friendly and competent care providers 7/28/2005

I have seen all three of the doctors at North Point OB/Gyn throughout my pregnancy and cannot say enough good things about this practice. The office staff and nurses are super friendy. The doctors have been very patient and have taken the time to answer any questions I've had. I went to another practice early in my pregnancy and did not feel like I was treated as a person, whereas with this practice, I feel exactly the opposite. I feel like the doctors genuinely care about me as a patient. I have had some lengthy waits for my appointments, but this is to be expected when you are waiting to see the best. more
