If it wasn't for Terry and Mila we would have been gone a long time ago-we had to re locate due to job locations quite a while ago but I always felt there was something wrong that karen the director was not telling us. Even with Marcy there I got the feeling that the Management is not always telling the truth about why there is so much turnover and why the staff seem so unhappy. We think you need to look at the management and find out what is wrong. They seem too occupied with the mighty dollar and not the quality of care they should be giving for the amount we paid. What we were presented with in the tour and what we really got were very different. We had to go into the school age room a few times and Jean the teacher seemed very non interactive with the kids like she doesn't even realize they are there. I have never seen her even playing with a child. She is always looking at her clipboard and not at the kids. We hear the phrase "knock it off!" coming from her a lot. Our new daycare more

My child is in the preschool room and they have gone through so many teachers/ staff. My child does not know who to go to for help and there is no stability. My child in the mornings are starting to not want to go and I wonder if I should start looking for something different. When I pick up or even drop off my child I never know who I am going to see. Other things, the room is kept clean and the staff that are there and were there when my child started are great and I tell them to go to them and that is how I get my child to go in the morning telling them that they will be there (Terri, Tracy, Janice and Korto - Thank You). So please let there be some consistancy otherwise we will be looking. There has to be something wrong. more
