I've been a member here for 2 monthes and I've had a fantastic experiance thus far. I've been a member at 24hrs and SAC where it people go to parade themselves around and treat it like a singles bar. This is a working man's/woman's gym. Come here to get fit, stay fit, or whatever your goal. The people have all been helpful and friendly. As in all places there are some staff that standout from the rest. Kenny and Megan are AWSOME! Kenny is the Ops Mgr and is always available to answer a question, give advice on fitness/nutrition, or just BS. Megan is a certified nutritionist and trainer that is very knowledgable and passionate about what she does. If these two can't get you fit, no one can. The layout of the gym is smartly done (cardio one side of building, weights the other, office in the middle). The equipment is clean and in working order. Peak times are busy, but there is always room somewhere. If cardio is full, you can hit weights. If weights aren't your thing, then you can do some circuit training, core exercises, or stretching. I can't rate their classes as I haven't taken any. But for $25/month I am getting great help with my training and plenty of use from the daycare for my son. I know that not all gyms are created equal. I am not speaking for any other gym (Bally's or not) but this location. Do yourself a favor and at least go in and talk with them. Then you can make your own decision.
Pros: Month to Month Membership, Affordable, Daycare
Cons: Not all Bally's are like this one.
