We are a very large company and Love Kunz Janitorial!! Kunz has been with us for 5 yrs. and the service has never been a disappointment. We just recently found this web site kunzministries on the web while searching google for a fax number for them. I called and got mrs Kunz on the line and asked about their Food Ministry in Los Angeles. To my delight she told me that most of the profit from their cleaning company goes to fund their feeding program. It does my heart good to know that my company plays apart in doing good all the way in California. God Bless you Mr and Mrs Kunz and keep up the great cleaning job in our bldg. more

After going through 5 companies in 3 years we hired Kunz Janitorial. We have had them for 6 years now and absolutely adore them. They are polite, attentive and have a cleaning crew that has an eye that is attention to detail. I have always had any issues (very few) resolved immediately and with a smile. They check in and are very concerned with making us happy. I had to call to scale back service due to the economy and Mr. Kunz blessed us with a huge discount so we could save some money and keep the same amount of service. Thats what I call making your customers number one!!! Pros: EVERYTHING, PRICE, FRIENDLY,CLEAN!! Cons: absolutely none more

A super company to have working for us. Takes care of any request immediately. Goes above and beyond what the contract requires. Even donates for our fundraisers. Mr and Mrs Kunz are super attentive and friendly. I always have someone from the company checking in with me. Couldn't ask for better. 5 stars!! I AM THE OWNER OF KUNZ JANITORIAL. THERE WAS A MEMBER OF CITY SEARCH WHO WROTE AN UGLY FALSE REVIEW ABOUT MY COMPANY. IT WAS WRITTEN BY A PROPERTY MGMT. EMPLOYEE OF A COMPANY CALLED NAI WHO REFUSED TO PAY 6 MTHS WORTH OF INVOICES THAT WE GENEROUSLY LET GET BEHIND. THEY CLAIMED THEY WEREN'T GOING TO PAY BECAUSE OF SERVICE. THEY ALWAYS SAID EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AS THEY LET THERE BILLS PILE UP NO COMLAINTS THEY SAID. WE FOUND OUT THAT THE WATER,TRASH AND ALARM BILLS WERE NOT PAID EITHER. THE TENANTS AT THE 56TH AND PEORIA BLDG. NAI MANAGED (WHICH WE CLEANED) WERE VERY UPSET THAT WE WERE LEAVING. EVERY SINGLE TENENT SENT US SEVERAL LETTERS STATING HOW HAPPY THEY WERE WITH US AND HOW THERE WATER WAS SHUT OFF AND THE ALARMS WERE NOT WORKING AS WELL. WE HAD TO CALL THE MANAGER AND THREATEN LEGAL ACTION TO GET PAYMENT. KUNZ JANITORIAL WILL BE HAPPY TO SHOW ANY OF THESE LETTERS TO PROVE THIS REVIEW IS LYING SLANDER!!! YOU WILL NOTICE THEY ARE DATE IN AUG. THE SAME MONTH AS THE REVIEW. WE ARE TAKING LEGAL ACTION TO GET THIS REVIEW REMOVED. If you are looking for a lazy, unresponsive and irresponsible janitorial service you can count on them. They do not do a good job and when you have an issue they cuss and scream at you. They "have a blessed day" on their recording but cuss, threaten and scream at the top of their lungs. I have been in the work force 20+ years and have never seen anything like it. Four Seasons out of Owasso is the company to chose. more
