Furnace repair on a cold night 1/14/2017

Service within a couple of hours of reporting that our furnace was not running. Courteous employees. We always recommend Krinkie to anyone who needs furnace or air conditioning work. more

The Nest 12/23/2016

We had Joe install a "Nest" thermostat! LOVE it and Joe was super pleasant and professional. The receptionist was also very helpful and communicative. Also, they got our appointment in within a week. Fast, professional and awesome. Thanks Krinkie's! more

Furnace Service Call 12/15/2016

Furnace quit during the night while outside temperature was 0 degrees and Tech arrived within 4 hours of emergency request. Inducer was bad. Plan to get a new furnace, so Tech arranged for temporary electric space heaters so the house would not freeze. We were very grateful for the quick response and the assistance with the heaters. more

Krinkie Furnace Repair 12/5/2016

Pa was courteous and efficient in setting a repair for a furnace that had shut off. Ryan checked out the furnace, found the problem fairly quickly, and fixed it .Also, while working, Ryan took the time to explain what he was doing and to patiently answer my questions, and this was much appreciated. more

furnace install 11/10/2016

Shane and Andy did a great job installing our new furnace. They were very professional and kept the place clean. Andy walked me through the new thermostat and got it set up on our computer. I will probably get some help in late january to set up a constant temp. more

Helpful, friendly service 11/10/2016

Great service from Joe! He's done the annual checkups on our dear old boiler and has always been helpful and honest. He has never been pushy about replacing the old boiler; we always had confidence in his professional opinion about whether it was time to replace it. I appreciated his approach today after he found some major problems. He clearly described the problem and provided an easy-to-understand comparison of the costs and benefits of doing major repair vs. replacement. We look forward to seeing him again soon when he installs our new boiler! more

New Heater and AC units 10/3/2016

I recently had new heater and AC units by Shane and Andy of Krinkie's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in my home in Little Canada. They showed up on time, removed the old units and installed and tested the new ones with 3 hours and cleaned up after themselves. Except for the new hardware - you would have not known they were there. They were professional, courteous and instilled confidence. I would recommend them to anyone. Barry Runyon more

Service Up and Beyond 8/13/2016

Dan has been to our house on several occasions for maintenance and has always done an outstanding job in keeping our furnace and air conditioning efficient and safe. Polite, respectful of our home, knowledgeable, willing to explain everything to a curious home owner. This time Krinkie's made time for Dan to service our daughters townhouse. He did a complete examination of her furnace and air conditioner and discovered safety issues which he fixed and also improved the efficiency of her furnace. Thanks Dan for eliminating any worries we had !! more

We have used Krinkie for a number of years. We usually ask for Paul - he is very knowledgeable and explains everything he does as well as makes suggestions for better efficiency - but he is never pushy. We trust him completely. more

Service 6/13/2016

We needed someone to fix an air conditioner and Krinkie's response was quick! They figured out what was wrong, made it work until they could replace the circuit board the next day. Very pleased with their service and the tech that worked on the problem. Highly recommend them! more
