The Krinkie's team provided excellent service with good communication and coordination. The technicians were very cordial and professional, and made sure that our questions were answered and that their installation was neat and tidy. Would highly recommend the Krinkie team to anyone looking for furnace and/or air conditioning work at their home. more

Helpful and courteous 4/19/2018

Did a nice job coming on short notice for a dishwasher plumbing repair caused by another service provider we had to use through our home warranty company. Explained in terms I could understand and offered/explained Krinkie's member service plans without being pushy. more

Furnace Service/Inspection 3/13/2018

Everyone I have come in contact with at Krinkie's has been great. They are always professional and make me feel at ease. I have used there services a few times now and request Paul as my service professional every time. He is always polite and takes the time to explain everything in detail so I am comfortable with the work being done. The work he does is always top notch! I would highly recommend Krinkie's for your heating and AC needs. more

Great job Joe and Mike! 1/4/2018

Joe and his apprentice Mike were able to get to my house on a day that I had lost heat to the first floor of my house and was in danger of losing heat to the second floor as well. Right away when they got here Joe was able to quickly assess the situation in my house, give me my best options for fixing the problem, and wasted no time at all in getting heat working in my house again. Their service was spectacular and I could tell that they were looking out for my best interests throughout the whole process, which was essential in setting them apart from any other person who would have came to fix this problem. I completely trust that my problem is now fixed for good, and I am much more knowledgeable on how to maintain the heating system in my house for the future thanks to Joe and Mike. more

Shane and Andy installed a new furnace and did an awesome job! Not only are they both extremely knowledgeable and courteous, but also respectful of your home. They explained how everything worked, showed me what they did, and also fixed my air exchanger! I would recommend these guys every day! more

We have had great service from Dan and Pa. It has been a pleasure working with them. Pa set up our cleaning of the furnace quickly and Dan did a clean the furnace and told us what needed to be done in the future. which we are discussing just which to do first and how soon. We will be calling you soon for more service. It is nice to work with a company that cares and there employees do care. Thank you for good service. more

Furnace Work 10/25/2017

Both Brenda (call center) and Mike (technician) were courteous and friendly. My appointment was set up quickly and on the day set for the work, Brenda called when the schedule opened up unexpectedly. She asked if I wanted an earlier time. I did and it was nice to get the job done sooner than expected. Mike arrived on time and patiently answered my questions about the current job and what I might expect from the older furnace going forward. He also laid out various options depending on what might happen. Since I like to plan ahead and budget, his courtesy and expertise were much appreciated. Mike finished the job and we're set for the winter. more
