Quick and great value but needs better waiting room. 9/4/2013

Service - no pressure to buy 9/2/2013

I went in for a timing belt. In addition they checked everything for free. This would have been their opportunity to sell me more service, but without putting pressure on me to buy more service, I felt they gave an objective assessment of the cars condition. I settled for just the timing belt. more

Every time I go to Klein Honda for an oil change, I'm greeted promptly and have a great customer service experience. The wait time is reasonable and the employees are great. more

Oil change at Auto Concepts NW 8/30/2013

They did a very quick job with the oil change - less than 40 minutes - and did a fairly thorough inspection. Used a coupon, so the entire visit was only $15. more
