not the friendliest owner was much better under previous ownership. I felt they were doing me a favor. whenever I saw the owner it always looked like it was the last place he wanted to be and it showed in the service. staff and administraters were good. it was close to home more

Top Notch 11/20/2008

I've been w/ Kids 1st for a number of years. He's now 4 yrs old and has been there since an infant. The teachers are wonderful and have been there many years. In his current pre-k classroom, aside from their structured curriculum, they've recently incorporated Internet e-learning tools which my child really likes. more

The worst day care I experienced personally and have ever heard of. 5/25/2007

My kid was there for 3 weeks and she could not adjust. The care givers are the worst ones, they did not even serve her lunch on a day I was with her helping her to get used to the new place. The caregivers never tried to understand her, have never heard of a day care that asks the parents to take away the kid since she was crying in a period of 3 weeks. I had to literally pull my daughter out of the day care after spending all the money in registration which they never paid back. They seem to be racists too. Never ever think of sending your kids to this place. Cons: worst caregivers more
