Cory was great to work with, didn't feel pressured to purchase and he let us take our time test driving and comparing options without a lot of pressure.

Worst

had to pay 20.00 for oil change...usually 15.00 i called and made appt. when i got there, it wasn't in book. u took me anyway but since u say i had no appointment, i didn't get 15...

Transmission Sensor 10/3/2013

I was at Kia of Duluth on Monday September 30th, 2013 to have a transmission replaced in my 2012 Kia Soul+, it was to be a 3-5 hour job. Mind you I drove an hour and a half to get there. I told them that I would be staying there at the dealership until they were finished fixing the problem. My appointment was at 10am, I went to the bathroom at 12:30, 3pm comes around and I go to check the status of the repair and I was told I came in looking for you and you weren't around. I sat there for 2 1/2 hours for nothing, because they couldn't come back inside the 10 feet to recheck! Needless to say I was very angry!!! more

Great Service 10/3/2013

I bought a car from Cory in March and just traded it in for something that got better gas mileage. He was very patient and helpful while I was trying to find the right car for me. My only complaint is that the interior of the car wasn't very clean when it was given to me... there were spots on the seats that I had to scrub out and the floors were dirty. Other than that it was a great experience (again). more
