After 11 years of driving the same Honda Accord, I wanted a new car and began shopping in Duluth by visiting some of the local dealerships. I eventually made my way to Kia of Duluth and was really surprised at the beauty and design of each car. From the moment I walked in the door the service was excellent. The first day I stopped by, the finance or sales manager Cal worked with me and he was very friendly and helpful. He greeted me right away and showed me the models in the showroom.
A month or two passed and I visited all the dealerships I wanted to in Duluth and made a decision that I wanted a Kia. My second visit a super friendly and helpful guy named Kurt helped me. He greeted me upon walking through the door (but I never felt pressured!). Kurt and I talked about what I wanted and I narrowed it down between the Sportage and the Optima. Kurt arranged for me to test drive both cars and was so knowledgable about each one. He made things easy for me to understand but I didn't feel like he was trying to "close" the deal like some of the other dealerships did when I wasn't 100% certain of buying.
Anyway, I leased a 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid and I love it. Service at Kia was excellent! Kurt went out of his way in many aspects by contacting my insurance when I forgot my current insurance card, grabbing me extra mats to keep the floors clean and helping me sync my iphone with the super sweet technology in the Optima. I felt really comfortable and I'm a happy girl. Love my car! Great Experience! Thanks, guys!
