Cory was great to work with, didn't feel pressured to purchase and he let us take our time test driving and comparing options without a lot of pressure.

Worst

had to pay 20.00 for oil change...usually 15.00 i called and made appt. when i got there, it wasn't in book. u took me anyway but since u say i had no appointment, i didn't get 15...

7 unreturned Phone Calls, and brakes and rotars needed on a brand new truck? RIP OFF 3/15/2014

They won't even return my calls to discuss this. HORRIBLE customer service. 7 unreturned phone calls to Kia of DULUTH and NOT ONE RETURNED PHONE CALL. NEVER AGAIN more

car buying 3/5/2014

great experience I had yet AGAIN with scuba Steve. He really listens and then matches you up with what will work for YOU! If you only test drive 1 car or 100 he will make you as happy as possible. Thank you for your help, I love my car. more

cheap prices and knowledgeable service people 3/4/2014

I bring my car here for maintenence and tires. Always good prices. Need to be able to make appointments faster. Usually have to wait a few days to be able to get in more

Wonderful Service 2/21/2014

I popped a tire and came in without an appointment. Kia was able to get me in right away and install much needed new tires at a reasonable cost. They even shuttled me home and back so I wouldn't have to miss an appointment. more
