I came into Keyes looking for a is300. When I arrieved I was overwhelmed with the selection of cars they had to choose from. I found one that had everything I was looking for from the color, leather, sunroof and chrome wheels. We took it for a test drive and I knew I had to have this car. I current car is a lease I got from Keyes a few years back but I think I am ready to purchase. I came into Keyes about 15 months early wondering if they would allow me to return the car early without a penalty. Due to the fact a am a returning customer and was going to get a new car they allowed it, without a penalty. I am so excited to get my own car, and I have Keyes Lexus to thank for all there help and support. more

I came into Keyes Lexus to pick up my Green slip. Throughout my buying process they were more than accommodating to my needs and everything that was going on. I wasn’t able to get in there in time before they closed. I didn’t think they would still be open but I took a chance that someone was still there, possibly working on a deal. When I arrived I saw my salesman outside waiting for me. I was so impressed that they would go out of there way just to wait for me to make sure I got my slip. This place gets 2 thumbs up for customer service in my book. more

I came in looking for a new is350 AWD. I got a ride in one with a co-worker last week and haven’t stopped thinking about it. I met with Carol and we went for a ride. She asked me why do I need AWD and I didn’t really have an answer. She told me that there was a is350 RWD on the lot that has 3,000mi on it and it is still a 2011. It was a demo car and they are willing to do a great deal on it. I went for it. I love my new car and I appreciate the fact that she was willing to make a good deal for me. more

I came into Keyes more for informational purpose. I was looking into getting a new car but I wasn’t sure what I wanted. My choices were going to be between BMW, Benz and Lexus. I had already been to a Benz dealer and I saw somethings I liked. Keyes was second and I was going to go to a BMW dealer later this week. Fuel efficiency is very important to me as well as safety, I have 2 kids. I was Blown away with the service I received here. They went online and printed out all 3 different cars for us to compare and I was very impressed with the quality of service they did for me. I still didn’t purchase a car that day with them but I did retune a week later and now I have joined the Lexus Family. For anyone looking for (not good but excellent) service I can only say 1 thing, Keyes Lexus. A+ in my book. more

I came to keyes looking to upgrade my GS400. I have had it now for almost 4 years and I just want a new one. When I was pulled onto the lot, the glimpse of a new car caught my eye. I parked my car and went over to look at it. It was a new ISF. Everything about the car was just so amazing, from the body lines to the luxurious interior, quad exhaust and more power then I would know what to do with. We went for a drive and I just knew I had to have it. They ran my credit and now I am zipping around town. I love this new car and I have Keyes Lexus to Thank. more

I am a recent grad from UCLA and I wanted to get myself a nice new present. I told myself a new car was in order since I have been driving my hand me down car from my mom to my brother to me. I have been saving for about 6 months and wanted a Lexus. I did some looking around and came to the conclusion that Keyes would get my sale. When I arrived they were so nice, had so many options and just were really about the customer. I left the dealer with a new is250. I have never been happier with all that is going on in my life. My lease was coming to an end and I knew I had gone over miles, had a few dings and dents on the car and well lets be honest I didn’t take care of it the way I should of. I came in the month the lease was over and they inspected the car and came back with a number that I wasn’t expecting. The amount I owed was over 5k. Ryan broke it all down for me, it was all charges for abuse/damage and miles. I had no other option but to buy it and try to sell it so I wasn’t out so much money. Ryan said he would be right back and went to speak to a MGR. He came back to me and said that he doesn’t feel right doing this to a returning customer. I told him I need a new car and I don’t want to pay for all these charges. All said and done after a while of running numbers, 3 different test drives, and them helping me with the old car. I Walked away with only putting down 3k and a brand new car that I bought (no more lease). For the rest of the money I owed it was a wash. They really do care for their customers and have a ton of patients. Thx Keyes. more

I wasn’t exactly sure which car I wanted a BMW or a Lexus. I went to a BMW dealer and I wasn’t to happy about the models they had to offer or the service I was given. I came across Keyes Lexus on the net and they had very good feedback. The next week I went to Keyes and when I arrived I was greeted with smiles and Linda was so nice. First she started telling me about the history of Lexus and all the safety features it has. I took one look at the CT Hybrid and it was over. I took it for a ride and just knew I had to have it. It was a bit nerve wrecking for me having to do that “negotiating” thing. I told them where I needed to be for payment and come to find out, it was doable. I drove away my new CT about 30min later. I have had the same car for the last 7 years. My family and friends are always giving me a hard time about the look and the feel of my car. Last week my mother and I were having a conversation about my car and she finally convinced me it was time to at least look into getting a different, more reliable vehicle. I came across Keyes Lexus on the internet and all the reviews for the dealership are very detailed about the good service this dealership provides. Today I met with Joey and I sure am glad I did. He was so straight forward and actually very friendly. Anything I asked he had the answer for without the pressure that usual salesmen tend to have. Even though I love my beat down car by the time I was done talking to Joey my mind was definately made up. I bought a 2010 Lexus and just to let everyone know I love it!!! Thanks to Joey and all the sales team for helping make this happen. Plus I actually got a better deal than I origianlly thought I was gonna get. My family and friends will no longer have bad things to say about my car. more

Frustrating.... I had a great 99' Lexus, it was good on gas, four seats to fit comfortable, and the power I enjoyed. However it was over ten years old, it was time to get things figured out so I could get another vehicle with warranty. I decided to spend my easter sunday looking at cars at a few local dealers to see what I wanted and get an idea of a price range. I spent a good 3 hours going lot to lot. I found 3 cars all at different dealers but close to each other. So I decided today I would go ahead and test drive all three and decide from there which one would be best and by the end of the week go buy the one I chose for me. Went to the first dealer, they said they had to run my credit, BS BS BS. I felt pressured to HAVE to purchase I left. Went to Miller Honda in Van Nuys, nice people but I was not to thrilled with the way it drove. Went to the last dealer which was Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys, the dealership was very nice, and WELL staffed. The staff that I was put with was great, they let me drive the 2009 Lexus that I saw yesterday with out pushing me to do anything I was not to sure about. I was very please with all the accommodations it had and of course the color was elegant. I left and knew that I really wanted that specific car, I went home told my husband all about it and that was that. I just got home and am a happy owner of a new 2009 Lexus from Keyes Lexus Thanks for everything. more

I have been saving up for quite some time now to be able to put a great down payment on a new car. My neighbor bought a new Lexus and she absolutely loves it. She recommended Keyes Lexus and a few days later I came to browse and found the PERFECT car. It was the right color and has all the features I was looking for. Keyes Lexus is great, came in to see what my options were on trading in my old Kia Rio. How nice it was to go straight back to a finance officer and talk directly to the people that give loans, it was wonderful to know what I needed in order to get a new car by summertime, mine has tons of problems and is more of a hassle then a pleasure. Came in spoke with Stephanie the receptionist, she was very friendly and put me with a great salesman, Jeffrey. We went on many test drives and looked at every feature on all the models. He knew everything about the cars and features. I was very pleased with my salesperson. I ended up leasing a brand new Lexus GS350, Oleg Z the finance officer did a great job explaining the leasing programs and options. I got lots of miles, and a great payment. I am a happy camper see you in 3 years! more

Just wanted to say how much I appreciated the' friendly service and how much I am enjoying my new RX350. I have already driven over 1500 miles and I've only had the vehicle one week. Joey was very professional and honest. He offered a great deal. The only thing was the car was silver and not white. I decided to go with a different dealership to make sure that this was the car. Let me tell you it was a complete waste of my time. I am very happy that I decided to go back to Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys CA.
