service From Anthony was excellent and got it done in a timely manner. The only problem was the rental company had a five person line to get a replacement car that took almost 45 minutes of waiting. the only time I have ever had to wait more than a few minutes and it got cleared up with additional assistance from Lexus personnel helping speed up the process. more

Easy Choice for me! 11/11/2011

Definitely the place I go to get maintenance accomplished on my car. Just about every time I come in I've to ask for Allan Pliss to assist me. He informs me accurately what I need to have carried out to my automobile and items that I don't necessarily need at the moment. I do not know a whole lot related to hybrids, but he's extremely informative about em and is a superb resource. The facility is terrific also. The lounge area is good and if desired, they are able to supply you having a loaner. You seriously will not be disappointed, certainly I wasn't. more

It Was Perfect 11/9/2011

I got a brand new is from Keys Lexus and got great service. I was kind of picky with all the options I wanted and didn’t want, aldo my wanted different wheels then it came with. They bent over backwards just to make sure the car was the way I wanted. I was so happy when I arrived to pick it up, everything was perfect. Great place. more

The best service I have ever gotten was when I was at Keyes Lexus. They really know how to appreciate someone’s business in this economy. They treat you with respect and like a customer. The staff is there for you and to make sure your satisfied. I really enjoyed my car buying experience from Keyes and I will recommend everyone I know. more

Keyes Lexus has the best staff around. From all the super friendly salesmen, to the knowledgeable finance staff. I was always greeted very nice and they made sure we were comfortable. The entire process was easy and painless. Two thumbs up for Keyes Lexus. more

Keyes Lexus really gave me a great deal on a new car. Getting a new car for almost 5k under book is unheard of. I got so many extras also, from tint and different wheels. I really got a great deal on this car and my service was amazing also. Im really happy with the service I got and I will return. more

I was Impressed 10/11/2011

Being an older Gentalmen and having worked in the car industry in my younger years, it is very hard to impress me. Whenever I have made a purchase for a new car I am thinking in my head “I would be doing that different and this would have been done instead of that”. This is the first time in my life I am very impressed with the service and the level of professionalism I was given. Keyes Lexus by far has blown me away with the service I was given and knowledge they have for their manufacture. Keep up the enthusiasm and amazing work. more

We were looking for a luxury sedan and wasn’t sure which to go with. We had looked at all of them but the one that stood out was the car we drove at Keyes Lexus. When we went back they were still friendly and helped us out even though they knew we were just looking. We ended up with a is250 and it really fits our needs just right. Keyes service department is always there for you. I had an issue with my car and went right in. I didn’t have an appointment and they took me right away. I didn’t wait long and they fixed my issue without any complications. This is a Great Place. more

I herd great things about Keyes Lexus. When it was time for me to get a new car, the first places I stopped by was Keyes Lexus. I saw my options and continued my search. Throughout the next few weeks I came to realization that no one could come close to the deal that Keyes was going to give me. I went back and we made a great deal. I just left the most friendly and knowledgeable dealership I have ever been to. Keyes Lexus knows everything about all the cars on the lot and are very informative. They don’t try to sell you car, they tell you the facts and let you decide if that is the one for you. I really enjoyed my time here and the purchase process is painless and easy. more

I bought a Lexus about 6 months ago for myself. The expierance I had wasn’t the best and I don’t want to go through that again. My sister is looking around for one herself and she wanted to go to Keyes Lexus. I tagged along for support. When we arrived the vibe was so nice and everyone was so nice. We went for a test drive and did some negotiating. My sister has her new car now, and now I know where to shop from now on. more

This is my second time making a purchase at Keyes Lexus. First I got my GS, and now we got for my wife a IS. Both times were a pleasant purchase and a hassle free environment. The sales staff is so nice and always making sure you are aware of what is going on. This makes me feel very good to know they don’t want to take advantage of you. Keep up the super great work. more

I came in to return my lease. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get instead but I had an extra car so I wasn’t in a rush. When I arrived they asked me what I wanted to do with the car? I didn’t really know I had any choices. They gave me the optin to buy it. I was excited about that. All the money I put into it would go toward the purchase and they were giving me a great deal on it. Two for two with Keyes Lexus. more

Great Service 7/20/2011

I had a message come on my display about low fluid. I came into Keyes Lexus for the quick lube guys to look at it. I wasn’t sure what it was but the guys told me they’ll take care of it and not to worry. About 5 min later they came back out front with my keyes and told me it was just washer fluid. To my relief everything was ok and I had the service guys at Keyes to take care of me and my car. more

Custom 7/14/2011

I just picked up my one of a kind, pre ordered ISF. I came to Keyes Lexus about 6 weeks ago and gave them a list of options I wanted in my car. I wasn’t sure if I could get them all, but they made it happen. From the white leather seats and red stitching to the two tone paint job. My Specified wheels and tires to even the exhaust. Im not sure if everything was done from the factory, at the dealer ship or if they had to sub let some of the options out. All I know is that everything on my list was completed. I love my new car as well as the place I got it, Keyes Lexus. Thank You for everything. more
