This credit union has the best rates in comparison to other local credit unions. They do make up for offering the higher savings rates by having some fees that are higher than the other local credit unions so I would suggest you make sure that you don’t use their “fee” services frequently. Their branches are super busy all of the time so I avoid going inside whenever possible. They do have drive-up ATMs and walk-in ATMs which helps, but you will still find yourself dealing with the headaches of busy banking sometimes. Some branches are open on Saturdays, which is nice (just get there early so you are actually helped in a timely manner). They offer all kinds of loans, sell discount theme park tickets, and also sell money orders. They have a free checking option and also offer free online banking/bill pay. We have had them goof on several things so that we have to go back in to sign papers or reorder checks a second time. So far no major problems though.
