At Kennedy's Midtown you can get a burger or great casual meal for lunch or small dinner. Their prices are very reasonable with most plates ringing in below $15. The service here is a bit hit or miss with busy times being a bit hectic. Convieniently located and open at good hours in the am and pm, more
