BEST.SERVICE.EVER! Karl provided the most exceptional customer service we've experienced from any service provider, ever. Most knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, patient. We asked Karl to service our 1996 (!) hot tub (we thought no hope for), on a budget; he helped us trouble shoot and systematically fix just what was wrong, versus throwing unneeded expense at the system. We're thrilled with the tub, using it every day, and couldn't be more grateful for his skills, time, and generously sharing his immense knowledge to educate us on how to maintain our spa. As the assistant to the president of a multi-billion dollar local company, I've dealt with literally thousands of service-providers over the years, and can honestly say Karl is first-class, has exceptional unsurpassed quality customer service, and his integrity and transparent honesty are truly refreshing. Our hot tub stopped heating and we had no idea how to fix it or who to call. We called Keener spa as it was close by. Karl was very friendly and informative, had the parts in his truck and fixed it right away. We would recommend him to anyone. more

I live in the Lake Stevens area and really needed some help. Bought all new pump and heating unit, and it was throwing one error code after the other. Karl came by, triaged the problem and had an answer within a half hour. Was only going to charge me show up price, but I paid more as he is thorough and friendly. He is my new spa guy!!! more

When the pump motor on my 15-year old hot tub stopped working, I called Karl for help. I was able to disconnect it and drive it over to him to save shipping cost. He fixed me up with a rebuilt replacement that cost $300 less than a new one. And he stood behind his work when the replacement developed a slight problem shortly after I installed it, and repaired the replacement at no extra charge. I was so nervous to have my hot tub repaired. I was afraid I would end up hiring someone that didn't really know what they were doing or someone that would try to "fix" things that weren't really broken. Karl Keener is an honest man and what he charges for his expertise is very fair. He repaired what needed to be repaired and he took the time to educate me on the most simple, effective way to take care of my hot tub. I would recommend him to anyone. Two months of phone calls back and forth with no return phone calls in month two and no follow up on what he said he'd do in week two. My hot tub still sits, cold and not working. It's too bad because looks like others were happy with him (or maybe friends/relatives posted). Either way, I have to go to someone else and am EXTREMELY dissapointed. more

Karl worked on our pool/spa motor while we waited. We watched him work on the motor and he explained what he was doing as well as what we could do to maintain and care for the motor. We drove to him, but he also drives out to work sites. more
