Two months of phone calls back and forth with no return phone calls in month two and no follow up on what he said he'd do in week two. My hot tub still sits, cold and not working. It's too bad because looks like others were happy with him (or maybe friends/relatives posted). Either way, I have to go to someone else and am EXTREMELY dissapointed. more
