Kamden Village Apartments

Worst place to ever live! live there from 04'-08' Nasty roaches, pool was green most of the time, maintenance and management are horrible. Never had a maintenance man who didn't smell of beer really bad! Doors never locked at the entrance like they where supposed to, someone actually came through the door and beat up the guys across the wall way, there was blood on my door and on the carpet for over a year before they ever did anything about it. Roaches where so bad, it would take them a week to get someone out to spray, and they would only have them spray just the complaining apartment, not all of them! Management only cared about their check and had their head up their asses most of the time! I would never recommend any apartments that are owned by Widsor reality. I actually tell anyone who is lookin for a place to never rent there! I move out July 31st 2008 and nothin had changed. Oh and K&M towing would come through the parking lot and tow cars cause management would get a cut from it. I heard it from a K&M hillbilly tow guy him self! Drugs was really bad over there too. more

Kamden has a lot of repairs needed such as doorbell doesn,t work...You can,t let a person in or do not know they are there,there are roaches,garbage disposal not working...sink is over flowing right now! There has been a maintenance request put in three times and still no one has replied yet! Even thought you pay your rent on time they still won,t come fix anything nor will they answer there phone. The only time that you willl here from them is when you are a day late on your rent and when you come home a eviction notice is under your door. This place sucks! OMG it must have been someone in managemt that wrote the other review.Its true they put in security cameras but they already had them just updated their old equipment still got all the crime and other things that go along with it.I should know not only did I live there I worked for them for a while and know how they operate.They will rent to anyone that has enough money to get in .the apt.are really bad roachs,mice,rats.They tell the people that work for them to put a patch on it n make it look good.So you can exspect all types of problems if you move in.Patches are just a quick fixes.they use none qualified employees to do it.Mostly people that don't have green cards or don't have any skills for anything else so they can use them as cheap labor. Management will tell you what you want to here just to avoid you . There are electrical issues a lot of water leaks and I just don't mean on the roof either.If you look on the offenders list for Ohio you will see there are several preditors listed as living there whitch isn't good if you have children or a you are a female.The walls are paper thin so you can here everything your neighbors do or vice versa.It's not unusual to to hear of someone pulling a gun or fighting happen to a guy just about a little over a month ago he was carring a kid in his arms that happen during the day plenty of witneses.I say renter beware unless you just don't care and there rent goes up on you every year.I was so glad my lease was up been wanting to move since I moved in was told a pack of lies about it was the reason and that was before I started working for them.I dont want anyone to make the same mistake.they say free heat and it is true but you dont get to be the one who regulates it.You have thermostats on the walls in every apt. but they dont work just looks.Maintenance turns it on sets it low in the boiler room.Also turns it off completely befor the cold ever leaves so be prepared to buy some heaters. This location was in a rut under the wrong management. Think you should all see the many changes that have taken place here. The rents are still affordable. They have put in Security cameras and remolded. Put new poolpasses and procedures in place that are actually being foolowed and enforced. I have lived here through it all I have seen the bad and the good. Pros: Affordable.....Has Bonus bux specials where you can get 100.00 a month off your rent! more

So many kids, people, play on the lawn outside the building. Playing loud music past curfew, talking, laughing , carrying on on the lawn, past curfew... even in the daytime, the kids are wild, do not have any good supervision...throw bottles, break bottles in the street, destroy public property, dump trash on the lawn...hit cars with footballs/basketballs...people come and go all day..they use the neighbors homes driveways for a turn around all the time...that would make me mad if I had a home there...
