Kamden has a lot of repairs needed such as doorbell doesn,t work...You can,t let a person in or do not know they are there,there are roaches,garbage disposal not working...sink is over flowing right now! There has been a maintenance request put in three times and still no one has replied yet! Even thought you pay your rent on time they still won,t come fix anything nor will they answer there phone. The only time that you willl here from them is when you are a day late on your rent and when you come home a eviction notice is under your door. This place sucks!
