Problem solvers! 11/24/2011

Knickerbocker key & security came out and did an exceptional job. The locksmith was able to open my front door quickly when the super in our building didnt have a key to it. It was a pleasure to work with someone so good at their job! The locksmith was professional, efficient and charged us very reasonably for all the work he did. I would use them again. 3/12/2011

We are a small business and recently had a long time employee leave on not so great terms. We decided we better have all the locks changed at the biz. We contacted several locksmiths who gave us prices to have the locks changed. When we got to this company, the nice woman on the phone explained we didn't actually need to have the locks changed, just rekeyed. They said they could have someone at our location in about 30 minutes. The tech arrived faster than 30 minutes, rekeyed our locks very fast, provided us with new keys and now we don't have to worry about this employee getting back in. Great Job!! more

Great Company 2/25/2011

I own a small buiness in Brooklyn. Due to the high turn over-rate at my buiness I need my locks changed out at least three times a year. I have devoloped a relationship with Knickerbocker key & security. I wouldn't think of calling another locksmith. They are very professional, with an experienced staff. I recommend them if you are thinking of getting a rekey more

He surveyed the house and made several security recommendations with enthusiasm. I was glad to have gotten this locksmith and the work was done quickly at fair rates. more

Prompt, Friendly, and Professional 1/16/2011

The locksmith from Knickerbocker Key & Security took my call and gave me an estimate over the phone. It was apparent immediately that he knows his stuff. I met with him later in the afternoon. He was prompt, friendly, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain my options to me in detail. He has great depth of knowledge of what locks are available, which ones are of the best quality, and which ones get the job done at a reasonable price. His prices are a great value and the quality of his work is top notch. I will definitely call Knickerbocker Key & Security again for any locksmith work I need in the future and give him my highest recommendation. more

Great Service 12/7/2010

This is an amazing company! I called around a few places before finding Knickers bocker Key & Security and nobody even compares in customer service! They were incredibly helpful! They knew exactly what he was talking about. I know nothing about locks and had a really simple problem. they could have easily scammed me into a whole new lock but instead they was honest and helped me save money in the end. Thanks guys! more
