I rented a home with these people, they also rent homes, lived there for five years. I had section 8 too, so my home always passed inspection for my new lease. Anyway, when I moved out Dean said that I owed them 15, 000 for the floor and walls. That house was so old, and they never put a penny into it. Also Dean called me up and harassed me on my last day making me cry, so I was not able to finish cleaning my room, I cleaned everything else. I believe they do a lot of dirt because they had dogs in there office like they needed to protect something in there office, the dogs were there for a long time and then they were gone? These people are not nice, so please watch your self when dealing with them. They do everything with the intention of getting over on you, and that is there way of doing business, they win, you lose, no win win situation with lease people. I called Jurak's handyman service for a small plumbing repair. After requesting the service, I waited 6 hours for a scheduled time, no call back. When I called again, I was told plumber would come the next day. 3pm the next day he arrives with all necessary parts and is done within 1hr. Had to call the following morning because repair needed adjustments. Owner did not offer to come back to fix the problem, instead he insisted that I make the adjustments myself. Nice warranty work. The billing arrives 40 days later and included an extra half-hour skilled labor billing for parts run. What parts run? He never left the house for parts. My impression is that this is a small company that won't hesitate to pad the bill for an extra buck and won't return to fix their own work. Cons: warranty and costs more
