I rented a home with these people, they also rent homes, lived there for five years. I had section 8 too, so my home always passed inspection for my new lease. Anyway, when I moved out Dean said that I owed them 15, 000 for the floor and walls. That house was so old, and they never put a penny into it. Also Dean called me up and harassed me on my last day making me cry, so I was not able to finish cleaning my room, I cleaned everything else. I believe they do a lot of dirt because they had dogs in there office like they needed to protect something in there office, the dogs were there for a long time and then they were gone? These people are not nice, so please watch your self when dealing with them. They do everything with the intention of getting over on you, and that is there way of doing business, they win, you lose, no win win situation with lease people. I hope this post helps out some one.
